Popcorn in hand, judgment dialed to high, and heart fully committed because who needs therapy when you’ve got sarcasm, tribal councils and elimination challenges?
There’s something magical about slipping into your comfiest loungewear, grabbing a snack (or three), and turning on a reality show that makes you gasp, giggle, and say “oh no she didn’t” at least twice before the first commercial break.
Lately, my DVR and streaming line-up are full of heart-racing, hilarious, and honestly healing shows that I cannot stop watching.
Here’s what I’m OBSESSED with this season:
💸 Chrisley Knows Best
If sarcasm was a love language, the Chrisleys would be fluent. Todd Chrisley’s bougie Southern dad energy gives me everything. Whether they’re planning over-the-top events or simply shading each other at dinner, this show is equal parts hilarious, ridiculous, and heartwarming. Also: the wardrobe choices? Unmatched.
🌴 Survivor
Yes, I could never build shelter in the rain, eat a cricket, or blindside my bestie for a million bucks… but do I watch people do it weekly while snacking on Oreos? Absolutely. Survivor is a chaotic masterpiece and I live for every torch-snuffing moment. Survivor gives me stress I did not sign up for — and I eat it up every week.
✈️ The Amazing Race
Couples bickering through airports? Besties crying in tuk-tuks? Strangers ziplining in matching shirts across the world? Count. Me. In. Plus, nothing bonds you to a contestant like watching them cry over assembling a bicycle in Thailand. This show is my passport without the TSA lines, and I’m here for the scenic chaos.
🍽️ Top Chef: All-Stars
I can cook pretty good—but I’ll judge these Michelin-level dishes like Gordon Ramsay in lip gloss. These chefs plate with precision, sass, and a sprinkle of drama. And yes, I absolutely order takeout while watching. It’s called balance.
🌾Farmer Wants a Wife
City girls meet country charm and the results are chef’s kiss. Whether they’re milking cows or trying to flirt in flannel, this show has small-town love, awkward dates, and boots. Lots of boots. It’s like cozying up to a Hallmark movie with real-life heart.

💕 Why I Watch:
Because reality TV is more than “guilty pleasure”—it’s self-care, honey. It’s comfort. It’s giving ✨escape✨. And honestly? I think watching people eat bugs, fall in love, or flambé their feelings is just the kind of serotonin I need.
So go ahead, press play. Let someone else be dramatic for once.
💬 Spill It:
Which show are you binge-watching lately? And more importantly—do we need a watch party?
I’ll bring the popcorn,
