🎆 Red, White & Berry Delight: A 4th of July Dessert Worth Fireworks đźŽ‡

The 4th of July is one of my favorite excuses to play with food. And by “play,” I mean layer, drizzle, whip, and maybe sneak a little Cool Whip straight from the tub (don’t judge — it’s a holiday).

This year, I’m serving up a Red, White & Berry Delight Trifle — easy, crowd-pleasing, and so pretty it practically waves the flag itself.

❤️What You’ll Need:

    •             1 pound cake, cubed (store-bought or homemade)

    •             1 pint fresh raspberries

    •             1 pint fresh blueberries

    •             1 tub whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream if you’ve got time and a mixer)

    •             1 package instant vanilla pudding, prepared (optional but delish)

    •             A clear trifle dish or glass bowl to show off those layers I used this one https://amzn.to/44hkvOG

🤍 Directions:

      1.         Start with a layer of pound cake cubes on the bottom of your dish.

      2.         Add a layer of vanilla pudding, then a layer of whipped topping.

      3.         Top that with a handful of raspberries and blueberries.

      4.         Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients or the dish is overflowing whichever comes first.

      5.         Finish with a fluffy cloud of whipped topping and a starburst of berries on top.

Pro tip: Let it chill inthe fridge for at least an hour before serving. It gets even better as the flavors mingle (and gives you time to pretend you didn’t lick the spoon).

đź’™Why I Love It:

    •             No baking. No stress. Maximum impact.

    •             It’s red, white, blue, and gorgeous on a picnic table.

    •             You can totally customize it — swap in strawberries, add lemon zest, or use angel food cake.

🥄 Serve it with a spoon, a sparkler, and maybe a little lemonade stand punch on the side.

Bonus Tip: Want to impress your guests? Serve individual mini trifles in mason jars. Boom — instant Pinterest moment. https://amzn.to/4k58aD6

Whether you’re hosting the BBQ, hitting the lake, or just hanging in your backyard watching fireworks, this sweet treat is guaranteed to be a star-spangled showstopper.

Happy 4th, friends! ❤️🤍💙
