If you had to describe yourself in just five words, what would they be?
It’s not always easy to sum up a whole, layered life in just a handful of adjectives—but sometimes, it’s a fun and enlightening way to reconnect with who you are at your core. So today, I’m sharing five words that describe me—not just because they sound nice, but because they tell a story.
1. Resilient✨
Life hasn’t exactly handed me a neatly wrapped package of ease and comfort—but I’ve learned how to bounce, bend, and bloom anyway. From unexpected detours to full-on plot twists, I’ve become the kind of woman who gets back up, dusts herself off, and says, “Okay, now what?”
Resilience isn’t about being unshakable—it’s about rising even after being shaken.
2. Creative✨
Whether it’s writing, decorating, styling an outfit, or brainstorming fun blog ideas, I live for creative expression. My creativity is like a second heartbeat—it keeps me curious, inspired, and always reaching for something a little more colorful.
And let’s be honest, it’s way more fun to live life like a blank canvas with glitter on standby.
3. Loyal✨
I love hard, stand firm, and show up—sometimes with snacks, always with heart. Whether it’s family, friends, or even a favorite coffee shop, when I’m committed, I’m in. Loyalty, to me, isn’t just about standing beside someone when it’s easy—it’s about standing with them when it’s not.
(And if you need someone to talk you out of a bad idea or into a Target run? I’m your girl.)
4. Curious✨
I want to know things. I want to understand things. I will absolutely fall down a rabbit hole about anything from skincare ingredients to the history of disco. My curiosity fuels my conversations, my creativity, and probably 98% of my Google searches.
Life is too short to stop wondering.
5. Joyful✨
I choose joy, even when it’s a little harder to find. I believe in making the small things feel big—like spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen or a perfectly brewed cup of coffee on a quiet morning. I don’t want to just chase happiness—I want to cultivate joy in the everyday.
Because joy isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you carry with you.
